Guys I wanted to give you an update on what we're working on and the logic behind what we've been building over the past few months. I wanted to highlight these aren't the only things going on but will hopefully answer a few questions - 👾 Games 👾 We’ve released two games - Arcade and Arena and now we’re in the stage of gathering feedback and improving. This is an important phase of the for these reasons - Educating mobile gamers about Play to Earn mechanics Tamadoge being play-to-earn is the key benefit of the games - it’s why we’re all here. There are challenges to how we can educate users in the app on how to take part in this benefit i.e. what we can and can’t say in app about crypto and tokens. We’re looking at multiple ways to improve this - attached are the designs for how we’ll educate in app, but we also need to add more content to the website to act as a resource for how to get the most benefit. Improve the sign up flow Important to remember particularly with any marketing strategy - if people are dropping off when trying to log into the games then your marketing campaign is going to provide bad value. This means it’s paramount that we optimise the sign up flow for the games to ensure as many people as possible are You guys on the community have already highlighted that Free-To-Play is a great way to resolve this - and it’s something we’re looking into but remember it takes time. Bugs and Leaderboard integrity All apps will have bugs and problems that aren’t picked up during the QA process - now the apps are released we fall into a regular cycle of fixing them. More important and this feeds into education a bit but we need to have trustworthy system for the leaderboard - this hasn’t been the case over the past few weeks and we’re taking steps to improve this - this includes removing illegitimate players and fixing ways people are breaking the boards. 🐶 New NFT System 🐶 3D NFTs 3D NFTs are our opportunity to revamp the gaming system from what we currently have at Tamadoge. Currently we’re in quite a siloed system - 6 different games across 2 apps but no much to connect in between. The new NFT system brings more strategy to the games and an experience system to increase player retention. Pre-Sale The NFT Presale is the vehicle for us to highlight the new system and the benefits it brings to all of the games (Arcade, Arena and Tamagotchi). The marketing push from this is the opportunity for us to put big spend behind promoting the sale but also the Tamaverse as a whole. 🔥 DeFi 🔥 We’re building staking and burning systems to increase the DeFi credentials of the project - there’s a reason for this, exchanges and partners want projects that have systems that encourage holders (staking) and encourage volume (burning). The staking and burning are being built now.

Same as last week with Android, we’d love for you to, download, play and leave a review of the game. It’s super important for visibility on the stores in the first few weeks of a game launching. The leaderboards for the first game week are also doing well! Top prize currently sits at nearly 4000 TAMA. It’s an extended contest this week which ends this Wednesday so we can then fit it into the regular Wednesday - Thursday cycle. Happy Monday!

Hey guys, I wanted to update on Leaderboards this week and steps we’ve taken this week: We’ve removed the players that we suspected of cheating from the boards - which we also did last week. What happens to players who’ve been removed: ⁃ Their accounts get blocked and they can no longer log into the games. ⁃ They get removed from the leaderboards. This can take some time to reflect on the boards on web. ⁃ We don’t send them the payout for that week. I spoke on this a bit last week, this an ongoing process that we’re looking to improve as we move forward. We’ll keep you guys posted on how we build on this. ⁃ Leaderboards end at 11:59:99 UTC ⁃ We start reviewing scores from Thursday morning - when we start work. ⁃ When we find a player that has posted a score that’s not legitimate we remove them and ban them from future contests. We are starting the day here in the UK - so will be reviewing scores now.

I posted this on Discord but worth sharing here too. let's review the things we're working on at the moment: - Tamadoge Arena the first 3D game from the roadmap has been submitted to the App Stores. It’s in review with them so we have to wait for them to do their checks and give feedback. This can take time, so bear with us as we can’t control how they review. - The new 3D NFT system is being built, the NFTs are being designed and we’ll be having a presale for these. The new NFT system are your players in the game that you can level up and accessories to improve stats and rarity. All current holders will be sent an equivalent NFT - and all new players will start with a Baby Tamadoge that they can improve through playing the games. - We’re drawing up plans for the Staking and Burning system. Important to note, the “burn pile” is already there and being added to as detailed in the white paper - this is more about how we’re displaying the information (for publicity) and how we initiate those burns. - We’re talking to exchanges again after the pause on them over the last couple of months. We’ll keep you posted on updates about this as our conversations continue!
