Tamadoge (TAMA) is a meme coin of the platform with NFT games, which works on the principle of Play-to-Earn. There is no commission for performing operations on the platform. The replenishment of the prize fund of games takes place at the expense of funds that are spent in the marketplace, the prize payments and their amount are not affected by the absence of the commission.

- Tama Arena has been submitted to the App Stores (iOS & Android) for review. We're now in the phase of waiting for them to review and either accept or ask us to make changes. We cannot give timescales on this - as it's not up to us.
- We're getting together the marketing strategy for the NFT Pre-Sale, but can confirm that the NFTs can be purchased with TAMA, ETH, USDT or Fiat. (I know a lot asked this last week!)
- Finally, you guys know this but we're starting to build out Burn and Staking features. This is us getting that information out beyond the community but much more to come on this.

Good morning everyone! I see there's a lot of chat on the leaderboards this morning. I want to reassure everyone we're looking into some players for exploitative scores.
Let me highlight the new process that we’re doing for you guys:
⁃ Leaderboards end at 11:59:99 UTC
⁃ We start reviewing scores from Thursday morning - when we start work.
⁃ When we find a player that has posted a score that’s not legitimate we remove them and ban them from future contests.
This differs from the automated system we had in place previously, which was too harsh on all players. Important to note, this is a process and we will continue to improve how we verify scores as we move forward. Additionally, we need to keep some details about how we do these checks hidden - because otherwise people will adapt.

The big news is that we’ll doing a pre-sale for the new NFT collection. This will allow new players to buy the NFTs before we launch the new system.
Just a reminder of what the new Pet NFT system is:
⁃ The new NFTs are game avatars that will work across all of the games - Tamadoge Arcade, Tamagotchi App, Tamadoge Arena and any future games.
⁃ They can be levelled up by gaining experience through playing the games.
⁃ They can have their stats boosted through adding accessories - sunglasses, hats etc.
I want to make clear, as I said in the video, all holders of the current NFTs will get their new 3D NFTs sent to them. I know a lot in the community have them, so I just wanted reiterate this.
The presale is an opportunity for us to build a marketing campaign around to build hype around $TAMA and the new apps that we’re getting ready to launch.
Over the next few months, there’s a lot happening and this means there’s going to be a lot of marketing. You guys in the community are crucial to amplifying the NFT pre-sale, the next game releases and some other surprises coming up soon 🔥
What can you do:

I wanted to address the leaderboards. As listed in my previous pinned post, (Here: https://t.me/c/1590137728/708586), we’re looking into a couple of things that are connected.
⁃ Unusual Scores.
⁃ Scores not registering on the leaderboards.
⁃ Scores disappearing from the leaderboards.
We’ve identified that these are due in part to how our systems to check scores are evaluating games - some games it’s been too aggressive taking them off the boards, others it’s not been aggressive enough leaving them on.
As we move forward with the project this will be a constant thing we need to evaluate and tweak but I want to stress this will take time. We’re working towards improvements to Tamadoge Arcade - alongside building Tamadoge Arena, Tamagotchi App and the new 3D NFT System that goes across them all.
I want to also highlight, that not all of the high scores that we’ve been seeing have been scored unfairly. We’ve seen new players with legitimate high scores in the games - including plays using the new boosters.
Finally, we have started to reimburse players that were affected by the Super Doge issue where scores weren’t registering from a couple of weeks ago - this is a good example of the systems being too aggressive. We’re reimbursing the credits spent in TAMA plus an extra 600 TAMA each. We’ve identified 200 players affected and sent out just over 20,000 TAMA already - but bear with us while we send the rest through. This will be sent to your Tamadoge Wallet connected to your account.

Just wanted to pin this one, thanks for everyone flagging problems they’ve had in the leaderboards over the past few weeks. I recognise the frustration this can cause and wanted to assure you all that we’re looking into it. From your messages, I can see that there’s a couple of things happening:

Yes, we're back up on the app. It looks like Tamadoge Run leaderboard isn't pulling through on the app, but scores are registering and showing on the web leaderboards. I'll keep everyone posted as the team continues looking into it.

I thought it would be good to introduce a new theme to our pinned posts the Weekly Marketing Round Up. I’ll use this to highlight what we’re doing - but note, there’s a lot more going on too these are just a few examples.

We’ve spoken about these before, but I think this is a good example of what we mean when we say we’re A/B testing/
You can see from these two videos in the post below - very similar content just a small tweak to the text above them. You also might have seen the results of our A/B testing on app icons recently with the blue icon now being preferred to the darker icon we launched with - the new lighter icon had a 22% increase in first time installs of the app.
Prize Pool Email
The prize pools this week are at a record high this week - so we sent out a targeted email specifically to Tama players to increase them further. This is an example of reactive marketing we can do to encourage more players to join in.

Tama Army - Early Access for the Android app is now available 🎉
We were able to open this up to more than 50 players. This means that everyone who signed up with an email address associated with an Android device should now be able to download here:
What’s new in the Arcade on Android:
⁃ New Super Doge Levels
⁃ In-app shop to buy credits and in-game boosters
⁃ Tweaks to gameplay in all five games
Note: The latest version of the Android app is live on the leaderboards, so you are playing with real credits.

First, Good Morning Tama Crew!
Exciting news - we’re gearing up to switch over to the new website.
While we make the changes, the leaderboards won’t be visible.
Once we’re up we’ll be running our second shortened leaderboard contest - which runs until 11:59 pm Wednesday 17th. Following this we’ll be back to the usual Thursday - Wednesday weekly leaderboards.
When the new site is live, you’ll also notice that we have retired the puppy leaderboard. This is to make the main board more competitive and increase the TAMA prize pool.
New players to the game will still receive 20 free credits to play the games.

The community is always asking for stuff like partnerships, airdrops etc so that is what we are doing. I think the lesson here is the way the post was presented to you maybe created a bit of confusion. I think we could have explained up front that this is a partnership.
