Been very busy, moving around a lot - deep conversations, strong connections. Over three days, met many people (mostly founders and senior executives) from influential projects. From most notable, met with Charles (founder of dYdX), they are migrating to Cosmos, so there’s a strong need for their data to be distributed across Cosmos appchains and beyond.
Data intensive DeFi protocols hate to use 3+ centralized providers, cannot cope with siloed access to different chains. Strong need for functional and better designed systems to interact with blockchain data. The whole market is bleeding, everyone’s doing cost-savings and looking for cost-effective solutions to continue their missions/visions.
Met a great project working heavily on Bitcoin Ordinals, can’t wait to introduce our teams next week! That’s 1 out of 54 projects, which have some or close synergies for becoming part of data layer ecosystem.
Met so many great people, it’s inspiring! Also @dwharrington619 is here in Singapore, so we’ll meet up tomorrow to put all of my impressions into a world-class blog for all of you to take a glimpse into what this week has been all about!
